Caramelized Onion Tart

- 6 large onions peeled and sliced shopping list
- fresh thyme shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup beef stock shopping list
- 1 batch of pastry already made shopping list
How to make it
- 1. place olive oil and thyme and onions in a large skillet and let them cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat and then add the stock and cook until it is cooked out See Photo
- 2. Place the pastry in a greased tart pan and stab with a fork and then bake blind on 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes
- 3. When crust is done put in the onions and place back in a 400 degree oven for about 15-20 mins
