How to make it

  • 1. place olive oil and thyme and onions in a large skillet and let them cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat and then add the stock and cook until it is cooked out See Photo
  • 2. Place the pastry in a greased tart pan and stab with a fork and then bake blind on 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes
  • 3. When crust is done put in the onions and place back in a 400 degree oven for about 15-20 mins
