Tarragon Pea Soup

- 2 teaspoons butter shopping list
- 2 onions finely chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white rice shopping list
- 4 1/2 cups frozen peas shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
- 1 chicken or veggie stock cube shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Melt butter in a pan and add onions/rice and cover and cook for about 10 minutes until veggies are soft
- 2. Add the peas/water/stock cube/tarragon and just to a boil seasonwith a little pepper cover and simmer gently and stirring occasionally for about 35 minutes
- 3. Let the soup cool then put in blender and puree and pour back in pan and reheat over low heat
