How to make it

  • 1. Melt butter in a pan and add onions/rice and cover and cook for about 10 minutes until veggies are soft
  • 2. Add the peas/water/stock cube/tarragon and just to a boil seasonwith a little pepper cover and simmer gently and stirring occasionally for about 35 minutes
  • 3. Let the soup cool then put in blender and puree and pour back in pan and reheat over low heat
