How to make it

  • For meatballs: Slightly beat egg, add all other ingredients and mix well
  • Roll into small golfball-sized balls and place on baking sheet See Photo
  • (it made 22, but you could make slightly smaller and get 24)
  • Bake in 350ยบ oven for 20 minutes (I like baking them so they keep their shape)
  • Meanwhile, in a large saute pan, add the teriyaki sauce (I used about 1 cup) however much you feel you'll need
  • Add Sriracha chili sauce (I used about 1/2 cup, but we like HOT) adjust to your taste
  • Add red pepper chili flakes (to taste)
  • Add pepper and onion jelly (if you have)
  • Add strained pineapple See Photo
  • Heat to simmer
  • Add meatballs and simmer till ready to eat!
  • I served over white cilantro rice (just rice cooked with cilantro)
