My son does not like peppers etc so i made this to his liking and only 291 calories
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cilantro shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin steak cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 can (16 ounce) kidney beans rinsed and drained shopping list
- salad greens shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salsa shopping list
How to make it
- place the first 5 ingredients in a dish and place in oven for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender then mix the rest of the ingredients together
