How to make it

  • In a Large pot, Brown hamburger, drain.
  • Then add the onion, celery & carrot. Saute till soft.
  • add one carton of beef stock or 2 cups of stock made from beef base.
  • Then add all other ingredients, except the pasta, bring to a simmer and let simmer for at least and hour.
  • In a separate pot, cook pasta in beef stock.
  • Then when ready to serve, place pasta in the bottom of bowl and serve with a crusty bread.
  • This is really good and even better the next day!!
  • (I think I may even try this with sausage or ground turkey, too!)
