How to make it

  • Toast almonds in heavy skillet. When toasted, add 1 Tbsp. sugar, cook till almonds are coated and candied. Cool.
  • Whisk seeds, sugar, seasonings, vinegars and oil. Chill 1 hour or longer to let flavors develop. Season with salt and pepper as necessary
  • Toss spinach, almonds, cranberries, sliced onions and oranges in large bowl. Pour dressing over, toss to coat.
