Yummy smoothie!
Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries shopping list
- 1 cup raspberrys shopping list
- 1 necterine chopped shopping list
- 1 cup low fat milk shopping list
- 1 cup plain non fat yoghurt shopping list
- handful of ice cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in blender. I strained the smoothie once before drinking
