    I gave this a try today and it wasn't my cup of tea. The soy sauce, cider vinegar and mustard overpowered the maple syrup. I couldn't get a taste of that at all. It may work for someone else, though, or on the right thing. It probably would make a good marinade. I added a picture and a thread in IMI on 4/27/14
