    Maple Mustard Vinaigrette/saved
I didn't care for this and I didn't rate it. Someone else may like it but I didn't. I ended up not even using it. :-(

Did the cider vinegar and soya sauce overpowered the maple syrup and mustard flavour? I find cider vinegar quite strong. I was very surprised to see soya sauce in this recipe! I think it is rather a strange combination for a vinaigrette. Too bad you wasted all those ingredients especially the maple syrup:(

As the mustard was coarse grained, I think it helped overpower the syrup. Luckily, I had cut this recipe in half so not that much syrup wasted!

I was thinking that this would be a great marinade for chicken, but if you didn't care for it, maybe not...good that you cut the recipe in half!

I think it would make a good marinade for chicken. But, not as a salad dressing!

Did you throw it out? Maybe adding some honey may bring it back to being able to use it for salad, or this may be good to freeze for later use in a marinade for chicken?!

Yeah, I did throw it out. I didn't think about freezing it. :-( I just did not like the taste at all.
