How to make it

  • Bake ribs at 300 for at least 2 hours, covered. Three hours if frozen. I like frozen best because it doesn't dry out as quick.
  • After the meat is completely done, melt butter in a saucepan and fry garlic for just a minute before adding water, sugar, soya sauce. Once its warm, whisk in cornstarch and honey. Bring to a boil, add more water if necessary.
  • It's very important to taste the sauce as you make it and adjust it to your liking. My own measurements are never the same.
