Espresso Bean Coffee Crisp Bars

- ¼ cup cream cheese shopping list
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp stevia shopping list
- ½ cup soy milk shopping list
- ½ cup coffee shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup spelt flour shopping list
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 giant coffee Crisp bar, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate-covered espresso beans shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly coat the bottom only of a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and stevia until fluffy.
- Add milk, coffee, reconstituted egg, coffee powder and vanilla.
- Add flours, cocoa powder, and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in candy pieces.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack (ideally, chill) before cutting.
