How to make it

  • I par boil my chicken until white. Place in the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan. Top with sauce of choice. Bake in oven until juices run clear (at 350). Top with mozzerella and fried onions during the last 5-10 min of baking. The kids like corn as a side dish.
