Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Streusel:
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. Mix together in mixing bowl adding sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Spoon half the batter into greased and floured tube/bundt pan.
  5. Mix streusel ingredients together until crumbly; sprinkle batter with streusel.
  6. Spoon remaining batter over streusel.
  7. Bake in preheated 350^F oven for 45 minutes or until done.
  8. Powdered sugar glaze on top of cooled cake - if desired.
  9. Note: Recipe can be halved and baked in an 8x8-inch cake pan.
