Strawberries With Lemony Ricotta Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix sugar and lemon zest and let rest for a few minutes to combine the flavors of the lemon zest to the sugar.
  • Slice the strawberries and arrange on a plate.
  • Crumble the fresh ricotta on top of the berries.
  • Sprinkle the lemony sugar evenly on the whole dish.
  • Serve!
