How to make it

  • ok cut the potatoes into french fry shapes. (I don't peel them anymore but some people like them peeled.)
  • lay the fries out on your counter or cutting board and try to pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Place them all in a large mixing bowel
  • lightly spray the potatoes and keep rolling them around with your hands.
  • try to just barely get them all coated with oil
  • place the fries on two cookie sheets and bake them for about 40 mins turning about halfway through.
  • throw the fries back in the bowel from before sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and salt. serve right away
  • DON'T USE KETCHUP ON THESE FRIES THE KETCHUP WAS FOR THE SAMOSAS. THE CARAMELIZED SUGAR FROM THE SWEET POTATOES MIXED WITH KETCHUP IS SUPER BITTER. If you need a sauce use agave nectar.
