Ingredients

2 1/4 c. of flour

1 tsp. of baking soda

3/4 c. of packed brown sugar

1/2 c. of softened butter

1/2 c. of shortening

1/4 c. of sugar

1 (4 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

1/8 tsp. of almond extract

2 beaten eggs

2 c. of chocolate chips

Directions

First preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Next add in a bowl flour and baking soda.

Then take another bowl and whisk together brown sugar, sugar, butter, shortening, pudding mix, vanilla, and almond extract.

This needs to be blended up.

Now add in the eggs and mix.

Next you can mix in the flour mix.

Add in the chocolate chips. Mix well.

Now take a spoon and drop spoonfulls onto a buttered baking dish approx. 10-12 min.
