How to make it

  • Cut up vegetables and set aside
  • In skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium high heat
  • Add cut up vegetables, cook and saute 10 minutes till tender
  • In large bowl add 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch, whisk till smooth
  • Then add and whisk till smooth: broth, sour cream & 3/4 cup milk
  • When veggies are tender, add milk mixture over them
  • Cook & stir till thicken and bubbly
  • Add curry powder and stir till well blended
  • Add cooked chicken/turkey and cook till heated thru
  • Serve over rice, noodles or alone.
