How to make it

  • In a non-stick skillet brown beef and drain liquids/fat. Add onion, garlic and carrots and saute for 5 minutes. In the meantime, bring salted water to a boil and cook your favourite spaghetti or pasta to al dente. Add stewed tomatoes, tomatoe paste, water, oregano and basil. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes covered. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally. Serve hot over spaghetti.
