Chilli, Tuna And Parmesan Pasta

- 80 grams spaghetti shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 20 grams salad onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely sliced shopping list
- 1 pinch dried chilli flakes shopping list
- 1 can shredded tuna, drained shopping list
- 1 half grated lemon peel and juice shopping list
- 30 ml chopped parsley, or basil or both shopping list
- 1 dash salt and milled pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2 Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté salad onions, garlic and chilli until soft.
- 3 Add tuna, lemon juice and peel and simmer for a minute.
- 3 Add parsley, pasta and seasoning and toss to heat through. Serve scattered with parmesan.
