How to make it

  • Add sliced garlic and pine nuts to a large. wide skillet.
  • Drizzle with enough olive oil to lightly cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Heat over medium heat.
  • Cook, stirring frequently, until the garlic and pine nuts have a light golden color.
  • Add spinach (some at a time) until all is in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir and cook until spinach reaches desired tenderness.
  • Serve immediately.
