Hobo Dinner Casserole

This is an easy dish, it can be made from scratch or use up leftovers. It's converted from the 'hobo dinners' we used to make when we were camping.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground hamburger shopping list
- 3-4 potatoes, sliced shopping list
- 4-5 carrots, sliced shopping list
- 1 can corn shopping list
- 1/2 onion shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- A1 stake sauce to taste shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-cook potatoes and carrots (steamed, or leftovers work)
- In a fry-pan brown hamburger meat, add onion, cook for 2-3 more minutes. Add stake sauce.
- Add beef/onion mix and potatoes and carrots to 9x13 casserole dish, add corn and cream of mushroom soup. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve hot! Enjoy.
