How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Combine berries and granulated sugar in a small bowl, set aside
  • In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, cinnamon, brown sugar, honey liqueur.
  • Dust countertop with flour and roll out pizza dough into a 12-14" circle
  • Move dough to a greased cookie sheet
  • Brush pizza dough with melted butter
  • Spread cheese mixture over dough
  • Remove some of the juices from the berry mixture into a small cup, whisk in corn starch, add back to berry mixture and stir to combine.
  • Gently spread berries over cheese mixture
  • Fold the edge of dough up and over about an inch to prevent the juices from spilling over.
  • Brush the edge with melted butter.
  • Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes, until crust appears golden brown and berries are bubbly.
  • Allow to cool a bit before serving. Delicious with icecream!
