How to make it

  • Trim and cut chicken breast halves in half.
  • Rinse and dry each quartered chicken breast with a paper towel.
  • Lightly sprinkle each side with the poultry seasoning and set aside.
  • In a 4 quart (or larger) bowl, Using a medium sized whisk, lightly whisk the beer and bbq sauce together.
  • Put the chicken in a resealable gallon Ziploc bag with the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat grill to 350 deg.
  • Oil grill grates with olive oil.
  • Grill for about 10 to 12 minutes per side. (over indirect heat at ~350 deg.)

    Great recipe! I made these last night and they were delicious! Even my son who is a picky eater ate 2 of them. I put a piece of lettuce on mine and just a little bit more bbq sauce on top and it was great. Thanks for posting this recipe Donman!
