Tomato And Baby Marrow Quiche

- 1 roll puff pastry shopping list
- 150 grams baby marrows, shaved into ribbons shopping list
- 90 grams salad onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 250 grams cocktail tomatoes shopping list
- 100 grams danish feta, diced shopping list
- 1 dash salt and milled pepper shopping list
- 4 extra large eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream, or cream shopping list
- Optional: Add 200 grams chopped bacon and some crushed garlic. shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.
- 2 Line a 25cm loose-bottomed tart tin/ovenfroof dish with pastry.
- 3 Blind bake tart for 10 minutes.
- 4 Remove and allow to cool slightly.
- 5 Scatter baby marrows, salad onions, tomatoes and feta over base. Season.
- 6 Beat eggs and sour cream together and pour over filling.
- 7 Bake for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set.
