How to make it

  • 1 Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.
  • 2 Line a 25cm loose-bottomed tart tin/ovenfroof dish with pastry.
  • 3 Blind bake tart for 10 minutes.
  • 4 Remove and allow to cool slightly.
  • 5 Scatter baby marrows, salad onions, tomatoes and feta over base. Season.
  • 6 Beat eggs and sour cream together and pour over filling.
  • 7 Bake for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set.

    You taught me something new. Had to go look up Baby Marrow. A startling name for a small zucchini :)
