How to make it

  • Mix together the beef with the butter and all the ingredients seasoning it with s/p to taste.
  • Don't handle the meat too much as it will make your burgers tough.Pat into 1/4 pound patties or I have a hamburger gadget that I weigh the meat into 4 ounces and toss into the container that presses it into perfect round disks.
  • At this point freeze or light your Q and cook.
  • So yummy and these are all the condiments we had when I cooked these for company. Enjoy.

  • BBQ sauce
  • ketchup
  • sliced old cheddar
