Garlic Mayo Recipe

How to make it

  • Separate yolks and add mustard with lemon juice and garlic in food processor (I used a Braun Stick)
  • Slowly add oil in a drizzle with machine running if it gets too thick you can thin it with a little warm not hot water. Carry on till all oil is finished.
  • Season to taste with a little salt
