Super Easy Microwave Cake For 1 Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix together the 2 dry cake mixes.
  • Measure out 1/3 cup mix and put into zip lock bags or containers.
  • Mix 1/3 mix with 3 tablespoons water.
  • Mix carefully.
  • Pour into a 4 inch coffee filter and place in bowl.
  • Microwave for 1-2 minutes. (depending on the watts of the microwave)
  • Turn over on to a plate and peel off the coffee filter.

    You can add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the dry mixes if you use a choc. cake mix. It is very light and fluffy. This is good for college students to make in the dorm. Also great if you need a little something and don't want to make a whole cake.

    I have not tried this. I will be trying this. Currently we are doing fund raising bake sales at work. And I am trying hard to think outside of the box on ways to raise money so, I find this a very good way to spend a little money to make a little more.
