Yummy Corn and Crab Bisque that my husband resquest frequently! My mother in law gave me the recipe and it is always a huge hit with everyone it comes in contact with! ENJOY!!!!! OH and it is super easy!!! the crab boil is the key ;)
Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- 2 tsp liquid crab boil shopping list
- 2/3 stick butter shopping list
- 2 cans cream of celery shopping list
- 2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 pint half and half shopping list
- 2/3 to 1 bag frozen corn shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onion in butter
- Add all ingredients
- Bring to simmer stirring often
- Simmer 20 min
