How to make it

  • Drain tofu well
  • Slice tofu into 6 to 8 pieces
  • Place in a zip lock plastic bag
  • Add the squeezed lime juice, garlic and ginger, splash of sesame oil to taste
  • Let marinade all day or overnight.
  • To grill:
  • remove from zip lock bag, pat tofu dry
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Grill on a sheet of foil over high heat, turning to brown/grill each side
  • Meanwhile prepare lime mayo by mixing ingredients to taste
  • Serve on the tofu or on the side
