How to make it

  • First you want to mix the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
  • Now you want to cream butter; gradually add sugars, beating til fluffy.
  • Then add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  • You can alternate additions of dry ingredients and pumpkin, mixing well between additions.
  • Now addin chocolate chips.
  • For each of the cookies, drop upto 1/4 c of cookie dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet; shape into "pumpkin-shape" with spatula.
  • Finally, bake at 350 degrees F for approx. 20-25 minutes.
