How to make it

  • Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Form a little pool on top and add a little bit of the lukewarm water. Knead the dough adding more water as needed.
  • If you are feeling creative here, knead some Chopped spring onion, maybe Diced tomato and onion Salsa, maybe all3, maybe cheese, Diced Mushrooms, Diced Jalapeno Chilli, Chopped Coriander, parsley, U can put anything you want. Let your Imagination go wild
  • Place in a plastic container and seal with a lid, place container in direct sunlight. Allow to rise in the container for about 60 minutes.
  • Roll in you palm into little balls. and flatten into a fairly sized square. You can arrange this in your tray and keep ready for the fire.
  • Place on the grill, once the bottom side turns brown, flip it over for it to brown on the other side. you should see the dough rising.
  • Now this is where u can get creative. slice the bread whilst hot, spread butter, spread jam, Spread some Chocolate, place a sausage in there, a mini steak, a fillet. Anything... Enjoy
