How to make it

  • Divide the cauliflower into small flowerets. Cut the big ones. Put them into a pan, cover with cold water, bring to the boil and cook for 3-5 min (don't overcook them!).
  • Take a cooking bag or any clean sack. MIx the flower, sal and curry powder in the sack by shaking it.
  • Strain the cauliflower and rinse it with cold water.
  • Start heating the oil in a pan.
  • Put the cauliflower into the sack and shake it well for a while. The powder mixture should cover all the flowerets.
  • Shake the cauliflower out of the sack into the pan. Fry the flowerets on all the sides for 5-10 minutes.
