How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Put Olive Oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add Red Onion and Salt, cooking for ~4 minutes.
  • Add Garlic, cooking for ~2 minutes.
  • Turn heat to High and add Stock & Water, bringing to a boil.
  • Whisk in Cornmeal slowly to avoid any large lumps. Cover the skillet and place it in the oven.
  • Bake for ~35 minutes, stirring with the whisk every 10 minutes.
  • Add Parmesan, Butter, and Pepper, stir well and serve immediately.
