Ingredients
- 1 can solid white albacore tuna, drained well shopping list
- 1 tbls. onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tbls. celery, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4-1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- American cheese, cut into 3's shopping list
- 4 New England style hot dog rolls shopping list
- butter, softened shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, crumble tuna
- Add onion, celery, mayo, salt, pepper and just enough lemon juice to brighten up the tuna but not enough to specifically taste lemon
- Combine well
- Add 2 pieces of cheese to hot dog rolls
- Add tuna mixture
- Butter rolls
- Over medium heat grill both sides until golden brown
