Hi Decobabe. I've written a post about these buns with some suggestions for fillings on my blog - http://www.insanitytheory.net/kitchenwench/2007/08/06/steam-it-up-one-time/. Two common fillings are sweetened red bean/adzuki paste or char siu (Chinese barbequed pork) :) Hope this helps!
