Cream Of Mushroom Chicken

- 2 boneless chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces shopping list
- 1/2 lb cooked ziti or penne shopping list
- 1/2 large spanish onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups fresh broccoli flourettes shopping list
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup with roasted garlic (That's the best one) shopping list
- 1 tsp milk shopping list
- 1 tsp margarine shopping list
- Dash of smoked paprika and dill shopping list
- 1 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- salt, pepper and parsley to taste shopping list
- Optional: Chopped red bell pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Saute' the onions and chicken with the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until onions are aeromatic and the chicken begins heating through, about 5-7 minutes. Add the broccoli and seasonings, stir well. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through before adding the soup contents and cooked pasta. Use the milk to get out what remains inside the can, and the butter to thicken the mixture. Add more herbs and chopped red bell pepper for color if desired.
