How to make it

  • Boil pork in water for about 5mins. wait for the fat comes out. remove it.
  • Add garlics, onion and tomatoes.
  • Stir.
  • Cover It.
  • In a low fire wait wait wait wait wait for the meat until tender usually about 40-50 mins.
  • Add Pak-choi. stir.
  • Crush tomatoes using your ladle.
  • Taste it. (add salt for your taste preference)
  • Cook pak-choi for 2mins.
