How to make it

  • Method:
  • 1. Heat oil in saucepan and fry chicken for 5 mins
  • 2. Add spring onions, garlic, ginger and onion and fry for 2 mins
  • 3. Add chicken stock, coconut milk, curry paste, peanut butter and soya sauce, boil for 8 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste
  • 4. Add remaining ingrediants and simmer for 4-5 mins.
  • 5 Serve up! :)
