Chorizo And Tomato Frittata

- 6 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cupWhipped heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 cupAlmond Milk Original shopping list
- 2 chorizo sausages shopping list
- 2 tomatoes shopping list
- 3/4 cupGreen olives shopping list
- 4 ozgoat cheese shopping list
- 5 stalkFresh green onions shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a square casserole with non-stick cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs and cream together.
- Thinly slice the sausage. Thickly slice the tomatoes. Dice the green onion.
- Cook chorizo in a small frying pan until crisp. Drain well.
- Toss the tomato, onion, sausage, olives and cheese into the casserole. Pour the egg mixture over top.
- Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until frittata is set.
