Creamy Noodles With Garlic Sausage

- 2 cups uncooked Rotini or penne pasta shopping list
- 1 lb of garlic or mennonite sausage, sliced and then quartered shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can french fried onions, divided shopping list
- 2 cups of shredded cheese, cheddar or whatever you have on hand! shopping list
- 1 cup of frozen corn or green beans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 and grease 9x13 pan.
- Brown sausage in pan over medium heat, I love to get a little color and crunch on the sausage! Make sure to cool the sausage before adding to to soup mixture.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, just until el dante.
- Combine soup, milk, cheese(about half or more!) and frozen vegetables in large bowl.
- Add in cooled sausage, cooked pasta and about half of the french fried onions.
- Pour into 9x13, cover and bake for 25-30 min, until heated through and bubbly.
- Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and remaining onions and put back in over for 5 more min or until cheese is melted.
