Ingredients
- 3/4 c. of flour
- 1/4 tsp. of baking soda
- 1/4 c. of unmelted butter
- 4 tbsp.of buttermilk
- 1/2 c. of oatmeal
- 2 tsp. of pure honey
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
Directions
- First you want to blend the oatmeal.
- Then you can add in the next 4 ingredients with oatmeal. Blend.
- Now you want to cut in the butter and buttermilk and mix.
- Then roll with bread pin in a thin layer and cut small shapes.
- This needs to bake at 400 degrees for approx. 10 min.
- Cool and serve!
