Ingredients

How to make it

  • heat 1-2 gallon soup pot over med hi and add oil and leeks,
  • saute til brown and flavourful, add spices and garlic and stir to bring out the flavor.
  • add the carrots, kale, and squash stiring for one minute
  • add hanful of rice and add water filling the pot and simmer for two hours
  • to make it extra creamy and comforting you could blend part of all of it in a blender and enjoy....
