- 5 lb boneless chicken thighs shopping list
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 Cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 Cup honey shopping list
- 1 inch piece ginger crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange chicken in baking pan
- Pour remaining ingredients over chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is tender about 1 hour.
- Alternately:
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 1 hour
- cut the chicken into bite size pieces and stir fry them. That works well too.
