Chicken Breasts With Bourbon

- 8 each boned and skinned chicken breast halves shopping list
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1/4 pound grated frozen butter shopping list
- 1/4 pound grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge farm stuffing* shopping list
- 3 ounces bourbon or brandy shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken breasts side by side in a buttered casserole dish. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. Pour the soup, undiluted over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle with the grated butter, cheese and stuffing. Drizzle the bourbon or brandy over the top.
- Bake uncovered at 350F (180C) for about an hour and a half.
- * No stuffing, make croutons by cutting bread into cubes, mix with olive oil, parmesan cheese, dash of garlic powder and Italian seasoning and bake on a sheet at 350F for about 10 minutes or until brown.
