Ghost Cake Pops

- 2 Packages (16 Oz.) vanilla Candiquik® Candy Coating shopping list
- 1 Box (18.25 oz) spice cake mix, plus ingredients required for cake shopping list
- 1/2 of a (16 Oz.) Container cream cheese frosting shopping list
- Black Edible Marker (ex: Americolor Gourmet Writer) shopping list
- Lollipop Sticks shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on box.
- Crumble cake into a large bowl.
- Add frosting and mix thoroughly.
- Chill mixture approximately 2 hours in the refrigerator (you can speed this up by placing in the freezer).
- Roll cake mixture into 1” sized balls; place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
- Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK according to the package directions.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball. Dip cake pops in melted CANDIQUIK; allow excess coating to drip off and place on wax paper to set.
- Once dry, use the black edible marker to draw on the eyes and mouth.
- TIP: If cake balls become too soft or do not hold their shape while being dipped, return to the refrigerator for an additional 20-30 minutes.
