How to make it

  • Set oven to 350 degrees
  • Line 3 regular size cupcake pans with papers *
  • In a large non metal bowl, mix cake mix and pineapple. It will get very foamy and bubbly.
  • Fill cupcake pans to almost the top of each cup.
  • Bake for about 22 min, until light golden brown on top. If you can not put all three pans on one rack, rotate pans half way through cooking.
  • These do not cook very high, so they will not have the normal cupcake tops. Let cool and enjoy!!
  • * If you don't have muffin pans or cupcake pans, this can be baked in a tube pan or loaf pan. Follow times on box for tube pans, for loaf pan when top is golden brown it should be done.
