Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dough: Mix the dry ingredients (not the water and oil) and form a circle shape with a hole in the middle, put the water and oil in the middle and start pushing the ingredients to the middle, mix by pushing and rolling forward not pressing it until you get consistent non sticking dough. Leave it to rest in a warm place for an hour.
  • Spread the dough (not thick - as it will rise when baked) and cut into small/medium circles and spread the desired topping.
  • Bake in a preheated to 360 F oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Serve as a tea snack or children’s light/on the way snack.
