How to make it

  • remove the skin of the shrimp
  • marinade together w/ a 1/4 cup of lemon, salt,paper and sugar
  • put some 1 tbs of corn starch
  • blend it till the shrimp covered all the ingredients
  • then roll the shrimp in corn starch before deep fry
  • serve with some any vegetables or a green and red chilli at the side or in the top and cucumber (pampa dag dag)
  • (any veg u like) (pampalande) and sweet chilli sauce.
