Goolash Italian Style Recipe

How to make it

  • cook ground beef until brown, drain and set aside
  • cook egg noodles use directions on package
  • keep your cream cheese at room temp for easier mixing
  • add cream cheese sour cream in a bowl with green onions chopped
  • set that creamy delight to the side
  • on a casserole dish layer your egg noodles first, then meat then cream mixture (it will melt and spread so dont worry about spreading evenly), then a layer of cheese on top of that. I usually do two layers on a single pan. Bake in oven at 375 for about 15 minutes or less just until cheese is melted. Serve with garlic bread and salad. This dish is a favorite in our family, enjoy!

    I like this, everyone has a favorite goulash recipe! I don't eat beef so grd turkey it will be:) thanks for sharing!

    I had to laugh...not at you,but,at me.
    cause...everytime my stepmom said that we were going to have goolash...I faked a study lesson with a friend...her's was not like yours as read.
    Pehaps,this shall keep me from being scared of 'goolash' again :o)
