How to make it

  • Slice tomatoes sideways or zig-zag cut and place into a lightly sprayed baking pan.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the tomato.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, sea salt, garlic and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Broil on high for about 5 minutes approximately 5-6" from the broiler or until the cheese has a slight tanned color.
  • Serve immediately.
